I grew up surrounded by acupuncturists, philosophers and herbalists amongst others. My mother was a hippie and my father a priest- ok, so she was a hottie too. Together they founded the Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts, my brother and myself.

The saying “it takes a village” is true for me- I’m daughter of Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts, so to speak. Mother to three shorter than my shoulder, all born outside of hospitals. Currently incarnated as Acupuncturist and Wellness Consultant!
